Dr. Cristina Coman graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the “Carol Davila” University of Bucharest (class of 2004), completed her residency at the Clinical Hospital for Ophthalmologic Emergencies and was confirmed as a specialist in 2010. In 2019 she obtained her PhD in medical sciences.
During her career, she has completed multiple international super-specialization courses in advanced ocular imaging (OCT, ultrasound, angiography, UBM), cataract surgery, glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmology. She is active in research, with experience in phase II and III clinical trials, particularly in the areas of glaucoma and dry eye.
