Visus Clinic, founded in 2014 by Dr. Olena Palii, has evolved over the years into a center of excellence in Ophthalmology. With passion and dedication, Dr. Palii has transformed the clinic into a benchmark in the field.

Today, Visus Clinic operates both in Ploiești and Bucharest.

The clinic in Ploiesti, inaugurated in 2014 is a well known ophthalmology center for patients in Prahova County. The clinic has been in continuous evolution and development. Since 2014 the medical team has grown from 1 doctor to 6 specialists in the field of Ophthalmology, 2 of which are super-specialized – 1 doctor in vitreo-retinal diseases (the only one in Prahova County) and the other in ophthalmopediatrics.

This concept allows us to cover any type of ocular pathology, and if one of the doctors needs the advice of a colleague, the patient can receive a second opinion in the same clinic without having to travel to other centers. Simultaneously, the list of services, investigations and interventions provided in our clinic has also expanded. Currently we offer general consultations to patients of all ages starting from new-born, we perform multiple investigations, we have a small surgery room, we perform numerous laser surgeries, and in the field of myopia treatment in children and stopping the evolution of myopia we have become one of the reference centers in Prahova county, taking care of more than 100 myopic children and adolescents annually. Visus Clinic is under contract with CAS Prahova, we have a partnership with Medicover Clinic, offering ophthalmology services to our subscribers, we also provide emergency consultations.

The clinic in Bucharest (in Pipera area) was opened in June 2024 and since the very first day it has been enjoying great patient referrals! The clinic provides consultations for 2 specialties – Ophthalmology and ENT. Our team of 4 ophthalmologists and 2 ENT-doctors consults patients of all ages, including newborns. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to investigate a wide range of pathologies and the experience and empathy of our doctors ensure the highest level of medical services.
